Soviet-Afghan Talks Held
MOSCOW — Soviet Defense Minister Dmitri T. Yazov and Afghan Defense Minister Mohammed Rafie held talks Tuesday on “questions of mutual interest,” the official news agency Tass said. The questions presumably involved the war in Afghanistan.
