Caesars World Inc. disclosed that a price of $29.50 was established under its “Dutch auction” tender offer for 11 million shares or 31% of its stock. Preliminary figures showed that a total of 13.7 million shares were tendered at that price. Under the auction, stockholders were allowed to tender shares at from $29.50 to $34 per share. Then the Los Angeles-based casino operator was to accept shares at the lowest tender price and continue until reaching 11 million.
