Reagan Sees Soviet Influence

Here’s an idea: Following the example of 18-year-old Mike Hayes of Chicago who asked for a penny (Part I, Oct. 6) and parlayed the flood of responses into college tuition--everyone who wants a monthly press conference write to Reagan; the absolute deluge of mail will bring us information on the leadership of our democracy.
