OPEC nations have sufficient reserves to control world oil supplies and prices through the year 2000, according to a report issued by Chevron Corp., the nation’s fourth-largest oil company. The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries may be able to hold prices near $15 per barrel for another decade, the company said in its annual world energy outlook.
