Albania-Uruguay Ties

VIENNA —
Albania, which has been forging diplomatic ties with a number of nations in recent weeks, has established relations with Uruguay, the official Albanian news agency ATA said in a report monitored here. Albania agreed to establish relations with West Germany and Canada last month.
