Jones Intercable will sell four of its cable TV systems to Jones Cable Income Fund 1-B/C Venture for a total price of about $37.8 million. Included are systems covering Broomfield and Brighton, Colo., Myrtle Creek, Ore., and portions of Lake County, Calif. More than 25,000 basic subscribers are served. Jones Intercable Inc. is the 12th-largest multiple-system cable television operator in the United States and the world’s largest cable television management company managing cable systems for publicly held entities.
