Jerusalem Apartment Building Hit by Blast

JERUSALEM —
An explosion shook a Jerusalem apartment building Friday but no casualties were reported.
Police said they presume that Arab guerrillas were responsible for the explosion, which caused some damage.
The building is on the Israeli side of Abu Tor, a southern Jerusalem neighborhood which straddles the now-defunct 1949 demarcation line between the Jewish and Arab areas of the city.
