Highland Center, an 18,948-square-foot retail complex at 200-216 Highland Ave., San Bernardino, has been sold by Donald Lund, San Bernardino, to Richard Held, Los Angeles, for $1,015,000, according to the Hanes Co. Inc., agent for both parties.
