OBITUARIES : Salvatore Caito, 105; Had 80-Year Marriage
Salvatore Caito, who with his wife, Providenzia, celebrated their 80th wedding anniversary in January, died last Monday, eight days after her death and in the same hospital in Granada Hills.
He was 105 and she was 97. They were believed to be the longest married couple in California and the second longest in the United States.
