DH Technology Reports $807,000 Quarterly Net

DH Technology reported third-quarter net income of $807,000 on sales of $4.2 million, compared to a $716,000 profit on revenue of $4.5 million over the same three months last year.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, DH Technology reported net income of $2.3 million on revenues of $12.5 million, compared to a net income of $1.8 million on revenues of $12.5 million over the year-ago period.

DH Technology said in a prepared statement that the drop in third-quarter revenue reflected the company’s decision to get out of the “commodity” printer market and concentrate on niche products including its impact printer heads.
