Resorts International’s Class B common stock rocketed up $19 to $121 on the American Stock Exchange after financier Donald J. Trump announced that he will pay $135 a share for its remaining Class B common stock in a tender offer within five days. It is the same price he paid when he bought 73% control of the New Jersey casino operator last summer. Trump paid $79 million to obtain his controlling interest, and the remainder of the Class B stock was expected to cost about $22 million more.
