Gorman Thomas, former Milwaukee Brewers slugger, was arrested for drunk driving last weekend for the second time in less than three months, Waukesha County, Wis., authorities said.

Thomas, 36, was stopped early Sunday when officers saw his vehicle weaving from lane to lane on Interstate 94 in the Town of Pewaukee, a report said. He was also charged with drunk driving and speeding Aug. 6 by Town of Brookfield police.

Thomas has pleaded not guilty on both charges and asked for a jury trial. If convicted of the two charges, he would be required under state law to serve a jail term ranging from five days to six months.
