Stock Market, Deficit and a Tax Hike

Six out of nine writers (Letters, Oct. 26) blamed the stock market crash on Reagan.

Unbelievable!

Has everyone forgotten that it was Reagan who brought us out of a severe recession that the Democrats and the Carter Administration put us into?

Human nature is so frighteningly predictable that “true to form” we once again blame everyone else.
