Do Chae Sung, a South Korean diplomat freed after 21 months as a hostage in Beirut, arrived at Geneva’s Cointrin international airport on a regular Middle East Airlines flight. Do, 44, a second secretary at the Beirut embassy, was trembling and looked thin and tired. A South Korean diplomatic mission spokesman said no statement was planned. Do was seized Jan. 31, 1986, by a previously unknown group called the Revolutionary Commando Cells, which demanded $10 million in ransom.
