Haas Securities Corp. said that, subject to the approval of the New York Stock Exchange, it has secured the financing necessary for it to resume operations. The New York-based firm, which managed about 12,000 customer accounts, ceased business Oct. 28 because of losses suffered as a result of the market tumult since the Dow’s 508-point plunge two weeks ago.
