United Temporary Services, a San Gabriel-based temporary personnel company, will move its headquarters to Brea on Nov. 9. United, which supplies clerical, industrial, data processing and technical workers, will also open a new franchise division, company officials said. United Temporary has 16 offices throughout California and Washington and places an average of 2,000 temporary workers per week. The company plans to open branches in 13 Western states, said Janet Dunn, company spokeswoman. It has Orange County offices in Anaheim, Tustin, Newport Beach and Mission Viejo.
