Covington Technologies said its third-quarter net income doubled to $608,000 from $304,000 for the comparable period in 1986. Revenues increased 8% to $18.8 million from $17.4 million. For the first nine months, the Fullerton-based development company’s income dropped 88%, to $278,000 from $2.3 million. Revenues dipped 4% to $55 million from $57.3 million in 1986.
