The executive search arm of Blue Arrow, the British firm that recently took over Manpower Inc. to become the world’s biggest employment services company, has chosen Edward J. Savage to head a newly opened Los Angeles recruiting office.
Savage was appointed a managing director of Richards Consultants Ltd., which Blue Arrow purchased in May as part of a worldwide acquisition and expansion program. Formerly head of Korn-Ferry International’s office in Century City, Savage most recently was managing director of Kors Marlar Savage and Associates, an executive recruiting firm in Los Angeles.
