2 Reagan Aides Promoted

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan announced Thursday he is elevating his personal secretary, Kathleen Osborne, and personal aide, James Kuhn, to the positions of deputy assistant to the President. Both will continue their present duties under the new titles.
