Health Care Property Investors of Costa Mesa has entered into a joint venture with Colson & Colson Construction of Salem, Ore., to develop a $6-million congregate living center in Austin, Tex. Construction of the 130-unit center is scheduled to begin immediately, with completion projected by the end of 1988. The center is the second such project Health Care Property Investors has entered into with Colson, one of the largest operators of congregate care facilities in the United States.
