Donald H. Graham of Orange has been selected to the board of Orange County’s largest anti-poverty organization.
Graham fills a seat on the 15-member Community Development Council vacated by Kirk Kirkland of Huntington Beach, who resigned because of ill health, board chairman Herbert Schwartz said.
Graham is the administrator for the Developmental Disabilities Center in Orange, a private, nonprofit agency working with the county’s developmentally disabled. He will serve on the board through December, 1988. The development council is a private, nonprofit agency serving the county’s low and fixed-income residents.
