Turner Center Units Rising

Construction is under way on the four buildings in the second phase of Turner Development Corp.’s $12.2-million Turner/Philadelphia Business Park near Ontario International Airport.
Expected to be completed in December, the buildings are rising on the northwest corner of Philadelphia Street and Hellman Avenue.
Two are already in escrow. The $1,038,245 aggregate purchases are being made by Rugged Trail Inc. and AJS Electric. Cushman & Wakefield is exclusive leasing agent.
