Insurance Fund Signs Lease

The State Compensation Insurance Fund of California, based in San Francisco, has signed a $20-million lease for three floors in Warner Corporate Center, a $65-million, 12-story tower being completed in Woodland Hills.
John Long, president of the Torrance-based LAMCO, developer of the project at Victory Boulevard and Canoga Avenue, said the lease is for 10 years and that the organization will occupy 64,500 square feet of office space.
State Fund, founded in 1914, serves more than 250,000 employers in California and has assets exceeding $2.5 billion. It has 19 regional offices in California.
