Nancy J. Hall, former marketing coordinator for Color Design Art, Pacific Palisades, has been named partner and director of marketing for Pacific Dimensions Inc., Santa Monica. Hall will be responsible for client development and on-going design and project management.

Watt Land Inc. has announced the appointment of Ray S. Keslake as president of the newly formed subsidiary of Watt Enterprises in Santa Monica where he will be responsible for directing the parent company’s long-range land acquisition and planning program. Keslake formerly served as vice chairman of the Inland Empire Economic Council.
