New Water Manager Starts: William J. Robertson has begun his new job as assistant general manager of the Yorba Linda Water District. He succeeds Arthur C. Korn, who left in September to join the board of directors. Robertson, an employee of the district for nine years, was the executive assistant to the general manager and planning manager of the district.
