Michael Wetterauer has joined Case-Swayne, a Santa Ana-based specialty food processor for food-service chains, as vice president of sales and marketing. He replaces John Morton, who moves to the position of senior vice president before his retirement late next year. Wetterauer was previously vice president of marketing at Serv-A-Portion Inc. in Chatsworth. He also held various positions at Le Gout Foods, Franklin Park, Ill.
