Downey Kiwanis Officers

John S. Miller, a 27-year resident of Downey and sales manager of a concrete pipe manufacturing company, has been installed as president of the Kiwanis Club of Downey Los Amigos. Other new officers for 1987-88 are William H. Lehman, president-elect; Al Allensworth, vice president; Henry Y. Ikemoto, secretary; and Carl Wellenstein, treasurer. The service club was chartered in 1966 and has 62 members.
