LTV Steel Co. said it plans to sell or find a business partner for its Warren Works plant in Warren, Ohio, the largest remaining steel-industry employer in a valley that once was one of the nation’s leading steel production centers. LTV also said that it was looking for a buyer for its Republic Drainage Products Co., headquartered in Canton, Ohio. Last year, LTV Corp., the Dallas-based parent of LTV Steel, filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
