Microsemi, a Santa Ana maker of semiconductor components, has acquired the Coors Components subsidiary of Coors Porcelain of Golden, Colo., for $9.2 million. Coors Components, which employs 100 people in a 115,000-square-foot facility in Broomfield, Colo., makes semiconductor-related components.
