Fluor Daniel, the engineering and construction unit of Irvine-based Fluor Corp., has been awarded a consulting contract in the expansion of a Honda of America engine plant and foundry in Anna, Ohio. The value of the contract was not disclosed. Construction is under way and scheduled for completion in January, 1989.
