Rio Vista Towers Building Topped out
Construction has been topped-out on the first-phase 12-story office building of Rio Vista Towers, being developed at Stadium Way and Friars Road, San Diego, by Oliver McMillan Inc., San Diego, and CalMat Properties, Los Angeles.
Completion of the $100-million project is set for October, 1988. Nielsen Construction Co., San Diego, is general contractor. The architect is Buss Silvers Hughes Associates, San Diego.
