Kohl Starts Africa Tour

West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl left for Cameroon on Sunday to open the second phase of a West German diplomatic offensive in Africa. Kohl, whose seven-day trip follows an African foray last month by Foreign Minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher, will also visit Kenya and Mozambique.
