Fox Broadcasting Co. announced Monday that the comedy team of Paul Robins and Phil Cowan will host “The Wilton North Report,” Fox’s new late-night program replacing “The Late Show” beginning Nov. 30. Robins and Cowan were most recently featured on Sacramento’s KAER-FM radio, and formerly hosted Sacramento’s “TV Lite” comedy-variety show.
