Maxwell Laboratories’ Net Up 35%

Maxwell Laboratories reported that net income rose by 35% to $852,000 for the first quarter ended Oct. 31, up from $632,000 during the first quarter of the previous year. Revenue for the quarter at the San Diego defense electronics concern rose 11% to $16.2 million from $14.6 million during the first quarter a year earlier.
