Mark Welches has been appointed vice president, sales, for Computer Marketing Services of Anaheim, a division of Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing. He replaces Ken Cachat, who left the company. Welches has been with Harte-Hanks for more than eight years in various sales and marketing positions.
