Marilyn Monroe Backside Hidden on French Medallion

WASHINGTON — The makers of the nation’s money are displaying a collection of coins that includes a French medallion honoring Marilyn Monroe, but the U.S. Mint isn’t baring all it could.
The mint is revealing only one side of the coin. The nude on the backside depicts the seductive and troubled movie star, who died in 1963.
