About 6,000 people demonstrated in Oakland as part of the second annual March for Righteousness whose goal is to protest drug dealing that thrives in some city neighborhoods. Balloon-carrying marchers started at churches at opposite ends of the city and converged in a rally at City Hall. “We’re going to take the city back,” said the Rev. David Kipeley of Shiloh Christian Fellowship. “We’re going to take a stand.”
