Collins & Aikman said it had agreed to sell its bath fashions division to a company recently formed by a Collins executive. The executive, Brook Johnson, is president of Collins & Aikman’s Specialty Products Group, which includes the bath fashions divisions. The selling price was not disclosed. Collins & Aikman is a subsidiary of Santa Monica-based Wickes Cos.
