A 12-week-old girl from Quebec was in critical condition but progressing well after receiving a new heart at Loma Linda University Medical Center on Friday. The baby, identified only as Genevieve, underwent transplant surgery the same day that the youngest heart transplant patient ever, 5-week-old Paul Holc from Vancouver, Canada, was being discharged.
