Peter J. Leets, 41, has joined Geneva Corp., a Costa Mesa-based merger and acquisition firm, as executive vice president. Before joining Geneva, Leets had been vice president and director of sales for Dell Publishing, New York, and before that, he was a national field sales manager with Binney & Smith, Crayola Products division, Easton, Pa. Geneva specializes in arranging mergers and acquisitions for mid-size, privately owned businesses.
