PacifiCare Health Systems, Cypress, said it has completed a stock repurchase plan, buying back 500,000 of its common shares outstanding at an average price of $7.33 a share. The health maintenance organization announced its repurchase program last month after the Oct. 19 stock market collapse. PacifiCare reported that it has about 5.5 million shares outstanding.
