Gov. O’Neill Faces Surgery

HARTFORD, Conn. —
Gov. William A. O’Neill, hospitalized earlier this month with colon problems, was released Tuesday from St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. The 57-year-old governor said doctors plan to remove two polyps, which appear to be benign.
