Cambodian Premier, Sihanouk Plan Talks

PARIS —
Cambodian resistance leader Prince Norodom Sihanouk will meet with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen in northern France on Dec. 2--the first such encounter since Vietnam’s 1978 invasion, Sihanouk aides said.
The meeting is to explore the possibilities of a national reconciliation between the Vietnamese-installed regime and Sihanouk’s Kampuchea Democratic Coalition government, which the United Nations recognizes.
