Power Disrupted
More than 3,600 Southern California Edison customers in Lake Forest and the Santa Ana-Tustin area temporarily were without power Wednesday after high winds blew trees and tree limbs into power lines. Service resumed for most customers an hour after the outage was reported at 5:05 p.m.
