A state clerk allegedly used tax records to help the neo-Nazi Aryan Brotherhood prison gang find the home addresses of prison guards they supposedly targeted for revenge attacks. A West Sacramento police report says Judith Danella Box, 38, a clerk for the Franchise Tax Board, was booked on a charge of tampering with the state’s computer system. Police believe the Aryan Brotherhood arranged what West Sacramento police chief Bary Kalar called a “professional hit” attempt last July, when an off-duty Folsom Prison guard was nearly hit by a shotgun blast. Folsom Warden Robert Borg blamed that attempt, and the stabbing of a prison guard the day before, on neo-Nazis seeking revenge for the June 22 wounding of a Brotherhood member by a prison guard.
