T. Patrick Smith has been named president of Irvine Pacific, the residential development division of the Irvine Co. Smith, 38, had been president of Watt, Smith & Associates, the residential and industrial development subsidiary of Watt Industries Inc. in Southern California. Smith succeeds Roland Osgood, who was named president of the Irvine Co. Land Development Group in August.
