Celestial Seasonings is being sold by Kraft...

Celestial Seasonings is being sold by Kraft Inc. to soup maker Thomas J. Lipton Inc. for an undisclosed price. Kraft bought the Boulder, Colo., company several years ago for $14 million. Lipton is based in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., and manufactures a variety of well-known foods besides soup, including brands such as Lawry’s, Wish-Bone, Wyler’s, Knox, Flavor Tree, Good Humor and Sunkist. Celestial is an herbal tea company founded more than 15 years ago by a group of college students who made teas from plants they foraged in the Rocky Mountains.
