The British Broadcasting Corp. says it will ask the High Court to lift an order obtained by the government forbidding broadcast of a radio series on the country’s security services--”My Country Right or Wrong,” which includes interviews with nine former or serving members of three security agencies. On Monday night, the BBC said it had given the necessary 24 hours’ notice of application “to have the injunction against the BBC discharged or varied.”
