National Drunk, Drugged Driving Awareness Week

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan has designated this week National Drunk and Drugged Driving Awareness Week. He urged motorists to be mindful of the “terrible cost in human lives and suffering” that driving and drinking cause during the holiday season.
