Designer Babies

Mother Nature has been mass-producing designer babies for eons--with few production errors, all things considered. That most don’t function close to potential has little to do with production factors. As one who has worked with a great variety of children in a variety of settings, I have yet to find one that couldn’t have functioned at a much higher level were the family and social forces promotional rather than demotional.
